The song is "Mary did You Know",
the lyrics are below, I think it says it all!!

"Mary Did You Know?"
Mary, did you know that your baby boy
will one day walk on water?
Mary, did you know that your baby boy
would save our sons and daughters?
Did you know that your baby boy
has come to make you new;
and this child that you delivered
will soon deliver you?
Mary, did you know that your baby boy
would give sight to the blind man?
Mary, did you know that your baby boy
would calm a storm with his hand?
Did you know that your baby boy
has walked where angels trod?
And, when you kissed your little baby
you've kissed the face of God?
Oh, Mary, did you know?
Mary, did you know?

The blind will see, the deaf will hear
the dead will live again.
The lame will leap,
the dumb will speak
the praises of the Lamb.
Oh, Mary, did you know?
that your baby boy is Lord of all creation?
Mary, did you know that your baby boy
would one day rule the nations?
Did you know that your baby boy
was Heaven's perfect Lamb?
And, the sleeping child you're
holding is the great I Am?
Oh, Mary, did you know?
So long ago?

Another Christmas
Centerpiece is beautiful,
table set with care.
Tinsel's strung, lights are hung
caroles fill the air.
Gifts are wrapped beneath the tree
trimmed in reds and golds.
Angel sits upon the top
light of love she holds.
No snow falls, it's sunny here
like all the years before.
All the same but different,
you are here no more.
Your days are spent on shining streets
made of the purest gold.
Your nights on clouds all silvery
while angel arms enfold.
This time of year I once did love
while you were here with me.
Christmas memories were made,
your face I can not see.
I live each moment waiting for
the day we'll reunite.
That day will be so filled with joy
we'll hold each other tight.
Although your earthly body
is no longer here to touch.
Your spirit will remain forever
and you are loved so much.
I love you precious Lauren!!

This page represents what I feel is the "True Meaning" of Christmas, the gift of GIVING. I don't mean the so called material gifts, I mean the gift of ones self, the gift of unconditional love, the gift of friendship, of caring, of helping and of heart.

I could not create a page about giving without including the ultimate gift, the gift of eternal life through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He gave His life so that we may eternally live.

Below is a list of people who have GIVEN of themselves, who in one way or another have been there for me or has touched my life and my heart following the death of my granddaughter Lauren.

Some of these people I know personally, some I have only met through Lauren's website, most of the ones that I have met online have experienced tragedy as I have through the loss of a child.

Though some may live hundreds of miles away from me and I may never meet them face to face, they have played a very important role in my life. I love each and every one of them. The names are in no particular order.

"WONDER"

There is faint music in the night,
And pale wings fanned by silver flight;
A frosty hill with tender glow
Of countless stars that shine on snow.
A shelter from the winter storm,
A straw-lined manger, safe and warm,
And Mary crooning lullabies,
To hush her Baby's sleepy sighs.
Her eyes are rapt upon His Face,
Unheeded here is time and space;
Her heart filled with blinding joy,
For God's own Son--her little Boy!
